1. Course Fees
- All course fees must be paid in advance or as per the payment schedule.
- Fees once paid are generally non‑refundable, except in special cases mentioned below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- If the academy cancels a course before it starts.
- If a student withdraws before the course begins (with valid reason and approval).
- If technical or administrative errors occur during payment.
3. Refund Process
- Students must submit a written request for a refund with proper reason.
- The request will be reviewed by the administration.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the same payment method used.
4. Non‑Refundable Situations
No refund will be given if:
- The student has already attended classes.
- The student leaves the course midway without valid reason.
- The student is removed due to misconduct or violation of academy rules.
5. Partial Refunds
- In some cases, partial refunds may be allowed if the student withdraws early and has not used academy resources extensively.
- The decision will be at the sole discretion of the academy management.
6. Changes to Policy
- The academy reserves the right to update or change this refund policy at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated to students in advance.
