1. Course Fees

1. All course fees must be paid in advance or as per the payment schedule.
2. Fees once paid are generally non‑refundable, except in special cases mentioned below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

1. If the academy cancels a course before it starts.
2. If a student withdraws before the course begins (with valid reason and approval).
3. If technical or administrative errors occur during payment.

3. Refund Process

1. Students must submit a written request for a refund with proper reason.
2. The request will be reviewed by the administration.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days.
4. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used.

4. Non‑Refundable Situations

No refund will be given if:

1. The student has already attended classes.
2. The student leaves the course midway without valid reason.
3. The student is removed due to misconduct or violation of academy rules.

5. Partial Refunds

1. In some cases, partial refunds may be allowed if the student withdraws early and has not used academy resources extensively.
2. The decision will be at the sole discretion of the academy management.

6. Changes to Policy

1. The academy reserves the right to update or change this refund policy at any time.
2. Any changes will be communicated to students in advance.
